1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, enrolling in any course, or using any services provided by Integrity

Security Training School, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not

agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Integrity Security Training School provides Florida Class D (Unarmed) and Class G (Armed)

security training through online and in-person instruction. The Company is an educational provider

only and does not issue licenses or guarantee approval or employment.

3. Regulatory Authority

All security licenses are issued and regulated solely by the Florida Department of Agriculture &

Consumer Services (FDACS). Course completion does not guarantee licensing approval.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Students must be at least 18 years old, meet all statutory requirements, and provide accurate

information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of access

without refund.

5. Payments and Access

All prices are disclosed prior to purchase. Payments are processed securely by third-party

processors. Once access to digital materials or training is granted, the service is considered

delivered.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or credits are permitted after access to

course materials has been granted, regardless of completion status or licensing outcome.

7. Scheduling and Attendance

In-person training dates and times are subject to availability. Missed sessions may require

re-enrollment at full cost. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, exams, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of

Integrity Security Training School and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or redistributed.

9. Acceptable Use

Users may not share login credentials, attempt to bypass security features, disrupt services, or

use the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Assumption of Risk

Participation in training, including any range-based or physical instruction, is voluntary. Students

assume all risks associated with participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Integrity Security Training School shall not be liable for licensing denials, employment decisions,

injuries, losses, technical failures, or third-party actions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Security Training School from any claims

arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall

be resolved exclusively in Florida courts
